The rate for the 2024 season is $18,000.00 plus a $1800.00 security deposit and runs from May 15th – August 15th.
One third ($6000) of the rental rate is due at time of approved application, one third plus the security deposit ($7800) is due at move in and the final one third ($6000) is due by June 30th.
