Each apartment has covered porches, at the front & back, perfect for sitting back to enjoy the breeze & enjoy the warm summer sun! Only a short walk to the beach & boardwalk (5 minutes). Many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance from the unit! Located on 10th street on the bay, a very quiet & quaint location, away from the busy highway!

For this listing you would get 6 parking spots on the property. All other vehicles will have to do free street parking. There is plenty of free street parking along St Louis Ave, or any of the side streets beside the house.

This downtown location is only a couple blocks from the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, amusement rides, and activities! Park your car for the week, and walk, bike, or bus ride to all the fun destinations. A perfect spot for all the OC events such as Sunfest, Springfest, Cruisin OC, Endless Summer Cruisin, Senior Week, Wine on the Beach, White Marlin Open, etc.

This is a non smoking unit. No pets allowed. Sheets & towels may be provided upon request & additional charge. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus one trash bag liner for all trash cans is provided for your arrival. Check in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is promptly 10 am.
