Summer Seasonal Rentals

We have rented to beach patrol & seasonal workers in the past, and many of our properties are located right downtown near the boardwalk, which is perfect for walking or biking to work!

- One third of the rate is due at time of approved application. One third plus the security deposit is due at time of check in. Remainder one third due June 30th.
- Payments can be made in cash, certified check or money order. Personal checks will NOT be accepted for the initial payment. Personal checks will be accepted for subsequent rental payments but only up to 30 days prior to move-in date. Personal checks will not be accepted after the move-in date.
- Credit cards are NOT accepted as payment on seasonal rentals.
- Available rental dates are subject to change.
- Units will not be taken off market without full down payment, approved applications and lease signed by all tenants and Vacationinoc Properties.
- Security deposit due at check in.
- NO PET rentals allowed
- No property is rented sight unseen. All properties must be previewed prior to submitting an application
