We have a variety of properties from oceanfront to bayside and from downtown to uptown in Ocean City, MD. All reservations and bookings are done through email. Parents of Seniors

For parents’ peace-of-mind we seek to rent only to grads during Ocean City Senior Week(s). We, the owners of all the properties, live in Ocean City, so we are close to all of our places and are constantly checking on them to make sure tenants are under control. We require all guests to provide identification and emergency contact information. We enforce Ocean City’s ordinances and laws to help ensure your graduate’s safety and well-being.
