This Cottage on 10th street in OC is one of our seasonal rentals!
We have rented to beach patrol & seasonal workers in the past.
It’s only a couple blocks from the beach & boardwalk – and is right downtown where all the action is!
Upstairs is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit that has plenty of space and a little covered porch area outside. Downstairs is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit.
There is a kitchen upstairs, AND a kitchen downstairs.
The maximum capacity is 6 people.
All furnishings included in the rental.
*The rate for the cottage is $18,000.00, plus a $1,800.00 security deposit. One third of the rate ($6,000) is due at time of approved application, one third plus the security deposit ($7,800) due at time of move in, and one third ($6,000) due by June 30th. This rate includes utilities (no cable). Furnishings in pictures are provided. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Send us an email if you are interested.
